1 onion, chopped 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli 4 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth 1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed 2 cups milk 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup white wine 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion in butter until softened, (add 1/2 cup wine if desired). Stir in broccoli, and add chicken broth. Simmer until broccoli is tender. Reduce heat, and stir in cheese cubes and shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Mix in milk and garlic powder. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch into 1/2 cup water until dissolved. Continue stirring regularly until thickened. Serves 12.

Minty Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 Tbsp water
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
Topping:
1 package (10 ounces) mint chocolate chips
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp butter, cubed
Directions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Beat in syrup
and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9” baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (top of brownies will still look wet). Cool on a wire rack. For filling, in a small bowl, cream butter and
confectioners' sugar; add the water, extract and food coloring until blended. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter. Cool for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread over filling. Chill. Cut into bars.
Store in refrigerator. Makes 5-6 dozen.

3 cups thinly sliced apples
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup quick cooking oats
1/3 cup butterscotch pudding (dry) not instant
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup cold butter
Put apples in slow cooker. Mix everything else in a bowl until crumbly. Stir over apples in slow cooker. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours until apples are tender.
Serve over vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 C. blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 C. hot sauce (recommend Frank's® REDHOT® Sauce)
1/2 C. crumbled blue or mozzarella cheese
2C. shredded, cooked chicken
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Place cream cheese into baking dish, stir. Mix in hot sauce, chicken and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or unitl heated through and bubbly. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables.
